The framework behind it all
You don't need a miracle. You need a sequence. The system Jordan used to build, break, and rebuild a real estate business. Not theory. A sequence of small, honest moves that compound.
Name reality. Choose the first brick. Lay it before the day ends.
One clear action that moves the rebuild forward.
The few things that matter more than everything else.
Step back, look at the wall, and make sure it's still the one you want.
On Chess Not Checkers, Jordan talks about the difference between fixing where you are and building toward where you're going, and why he never lost sight of where he's taking things, even through the hardest years.
For people building something real, or rebuilding after a hit.
Honest, practical keynotes and workshops for conferences, companies and associations.

Jordan Tampien is a real estate developer, investor and designated broker in Spokane, and co-founder of 4 Degrees Real Estate and 4 Degrees Capital. He has built apartment buildings, breweries, gyms and sports ventures across the Inland Northwest.
He has also lost a great deal of it. When the market turned, he faced foreclosures, lawsuits and millions in losses, and rebuilt one brick at a time. That method became Stacking Bricks.
